I began my career on the front line as a loss adjuster in East London, learning the mechanics of domestic and commercial claims from the ground up. Over the past two decades, that foundation grew into directing claims supply chains for major insurers, establishing contractor networks, and structuring bespoke TPA models across the Lloyd’s and London markets.
Delivering genuine indemnity control requires more than technical claims insight—it requires commercial understanding of the entire ecosystem.
